Inventory and labels
Every item with its owner, price and status. Print barcode labels in three roll sizes.
Consignly tracks every consignor's items, works out each split from your Square sales, and gets payouts right.
No card required
How it works
01
Add the consignor and a contract with their split and hold days. Add the item and print its barcode label.
02
Ring it up on your Square register as usual. Consignly matches the sale to the item by itself. A refund or a line it can't match waits in To review.
03
Start a payout run. Every consignor's amount is already worked out. Mark them paid by check, ACH, cash or store credit, and send a statement.
| Account | Method | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Maya Chen | Check | Paid$412.50 |
| Jon Park | ACH | Paid$188.00 |
| Ava Reed | Store credit | Paid$96.25 |
| Sam Ortiz | Cash | Paid$54.00 |

FAQ
Connect your Square account once. Every sale from your Square register, Terminal, Stand or Reader comes in by itself, and your items and categories sync to your Square catalog.
Each consignor's contract sets their share, like 60%. When an item sells, Consignly takes the sale amount after discounts and before tax, and works out both shares.
It waits in To review. You decide: take the money back from the consignor's balance, or the store pays it.
Staff can look up items, sales and accounts. Money decisions (payouts, refunds, adjustments) and settings stay with the owner.
